In this project, I blurred the line between functionality and aesthetics. Inspired by the work of artist Piet Mondrian, I designed the SodaStream device to transform from an everyday object into an artistic element in the home space. A "picture" in itself that adds color, composition, and cultural presence to the home environment.
Materials and space
A conceptual work that expresses an ongoing dialogue between material, form, and space. The design seeks to capture the essence of movement and flow, while examining the relationships between mass and empty space, solid and airy.
